Handling TODO with bugs - reprise

Hi guys,
I've talked with Don about how to handle bts-link bugs on BTS.

Due to probably (on day, sooner or later ;) ) we will be able to
integrate bts-link into BTS stack, bugs.debian.org psuedo-package with
usertags seems to be the solution to go (or what Don strongly
suggests).

So I'd like to know if we're ok with this.

The drawback is that we have to subscribe to bugs.d.o pseudopackage
(receiving several bugs not related to bts-link), and in particular we
have to decide if we want to do it for the ml or each one separately.

I look forward to see what you think about it before take any further actions.
