Please add CMake and Skanlite

Dear bts-link maintainers,
prompted to check "my" packages by Sandro's blog post [0] I found, that CMake
isn't currently in bts-link's configuration. Therefore I'd like to ask you to
add CMake. CMake's bug tracker is reachable at [1], [2] or [3]. A complete URL
looks like <http://cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=([0-9]+)> and the tracker type is
Mantis.
So the regex should (please check before committing) be:
http://(?:www.)(?:cmake.org|itk.org|public.kitware.com)/Bug/view.php\?id=([0-9]+)

Skanlite is a part of KDE Extragear and the bug tracker is a Bugzilla at [4].
The regex is: https?://bugs.kde.org/(?:show_bug.cgi\?id=)?([0-9]+)
But maybe Skanlite doesn't need its own entry because it is already matched by
the KDE rule?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
Kai Wasserbäch
