    Make bzutils work with kde's bugzilla.
    
    * src/bzutils/cgi.py:
      + (parse_html): Parse bugzilla's buglist.cgi html
      + (parse): Accept html and pass it to parse_html
      + (__init__): Add some alternative column names used on kde
        butzilla.
