[Build-common-hackers] Problem w/ CDBS and special dh_installinit arguments

The point was that I was blind yesterday!  If I have packageA and
packageB with different init arguments, I just have to define e.g.

DEB_UPDATE_RCD_PARAMS_packageA=defaults 90 10
DEB_UPDATE_RCD_PARAMS_packageB=defaults 95 5

in my debian/rules.  Perfect and easy solution to my problem!
