IMO, this bug is still valid. I'm not sure how many packages require
arch indep and dep packages, but each of them will build a lot of more
code than it is nessesary on arch-only uploads (e.g. buildds).

IMO, this means that it is more than whishlist. Of corse ther eis a
workaround, but the proper fix is to change the ant class.
