Hello!

Would you plase consider adding $(DEB_MAKE_OPTIONS) to DEB_MAKE_INVOKE
declarations so it is possible to set things like -j flag for the build?
Currently there is no sane way to do this, without *always*
parallelizing the build or changing the rules file manually, but the
former is good for clogging the buildds and second error prone to do the
same. I'm asking for this since sitting at a compile farm (and also using
distcc at home) and i found no good way to achieve it.

(Iow, DEB_MAKE_OPTIONS=-j16 fakeroot ./debian/rules binary should work
as expected).

Thanks, yours,
    Peter
