Hi,

DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_LIBTOOL expects you to also set DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOMAKE
(deprecated in favour of DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_ACLOCAL) and DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOCONF
so that the changes propagate.

I considered making it imply the latter, but since the change requires proper
setup of Build-Dependencies in debian/control anyway I didn't bother.  Perhaps
we should do it anyway.  Packages with missing builddeps are easily spottable
through the buildds but packages with wrong libtool updating rules aren't.

I'll send a patch.
