Actually DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip is honored by dh_strip, not cdbs,
and the call

DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip debuild

works with a different package, but not with gkrellm. With gkrellm,
the binary ends up stripped anyway.

So I think this is a gkrellm issue.
