I agree, the duplicate calls to dh_link seem redundant.  I certainly
don't see a reason for them.  Tests w/ dh_link at the beginning and end
of that target both worked just fine.  However, I also don't see how
this would mess up your package, as dh_link first removes any existing
file, and then creates a symlink.  As I mentioned on IRC, I'm curious as
to what was done to trigger problems in something as benign as duplicate
dh_link calls.

Anyways, the following changeset removes the first dh_link.
