Dear,

I came in contact with your esteem company through your country's Chamber
of commerce. I became interested and decided to write you and tender a
request for detailed information about your company.I have a business of
cow medicine supply with a desire to have a link-up for trade relationship
with you for mutual benefits.

I am SAYD JAMES the Corporate Affairs Manager of an Ivory Coast based
Public Relations Firm (ADVERTISING, MARKETING AND
INTERNATIONALCOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES),AMICS.


During an international public relations seminar which was held in Quebec,
Canada between the 7th and 19th October 2002 in which I was privileged to
attend, I came in contact with prominent international business magnets,
among whom is Alhaji SHERIF AL-MUSTAFA The President of McBELLA Group of
Companies(S.A.R.L.), a reknown Muslim Imam and a successful businessman,
with cattle farms Sudan, Algeria, Ghana and South Africa. Alhaji Sheriff
Al-Mustafa is at the moment the greatest supplier of Cattle to the whole
West African cattle market.

Upon introduction, he mentioned of the huge amount of money he spends
annually on the purchase of a particular cow medicine, which according to
him costs him as much as $5,000 US dollars per carton with a minimum Order
of 1,500 cartons monthly. He became excited when I told him that my
company can source for the supply of this medicine at very reasonable and
unique prices.

Upon my arrival back to Africa, I discussed the entire business with my
boss and he became interested. There upon we carried out a market survey
and discovered that the said medicine can be bought directly from the
manufacturers in Europe at price of $2,000 per carton. Thereafter, we made
a proposal to McBELLA Group of Companies (S.A.R.L.) to supply him at
$4,600 per carton. This proposal was accepted by the company. I later
entered into an oral agreement with my boss-who agreed to give me 15% of
the net profit.

On the 20th of February last year, we made our first supply of 650 cartons
to McBELLA Group of Companies (S.A.R.L.). Unfortunately, my boss took
advantage of my loyalty and the confidence I bestowed on him and denied me
the 15% earlier agreed upon, instead he bought an old model 504 saloon car
for me. As a result this apparent betrayal of confidence our relationship
seized to be cordial.

Recently, I intercepted some of the letters from McBEllA GROUP of
Companies (S.A.R.L.) to my boss and became startled when I discovered that
my boss had made three more supplies of which I had no knowledge of.
Besides, McBAllA GROUP of Companies (S.A.R.L.) has placed an order for
additional 500 cartons before the end of next month. As I did mention
above, this letter was intercepted and I have since contacted Alhadji
Sheriff Al-Mustafa the President of McBELLA Group of Companies(S.A.R.L.)
and was able to convince him that I can arrange for an International
supplier who is also the manufacturer of the Cow medicine to supply him at
a cheaper price of $4,200 per carton, $400 less than the former supplied
price to which he accepted.

Alhaji Sheriff Al-Mustafa is much delighted on this arrangement and did
agree to pay the new suppliers before delivery (upfront). Meanwhile, he
has suspended further contacts with my boss regarding the further supply
of the medicine. But now the question are this:

(1) Can you handle this project?
(2) What will be my commission ?

If the answer to the above questions is affirmative,do not hesitate to
contact me immediately for further discussion on the project. T

NOTE : That we buy 500 cartons at $2,000 per carton and supply at $4,200,
making a profit of $2,200 per carton. It is my belief that this
relationthat we about to build will be to the mutual benefit of both of
us.
