Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Chief Shola Rhodes, I am a legal practitioner (lawyer).

I write to you based on a request by one of my clients who has some funds 
and needs someone to use it for investments purposes as he cannot travel 
overseas or make use of the funds now. Because my current client cannot 
travel out of the country due to a problem he is currently facing now, he 
wants an organization or individual overseas, who will be able and willing 
to receive funds and put it to good use for a period of four (4) years.

You will use the fund for investments for four (4) years as a loan without 
any interest. That is, you do not pay any interest on the funds. But, you 
will give to my client 50% of all profits after tax that accrued from the 
use of the fund. If after the elapse of four (4) year the profit you made is 
ok, the period of the investment could be renegotiated and extended.

The amount in question is $20m and he has offered to give you and me 15% of 
the total fund as commission. That is, you and me will get $3m (15%) as 
commission while you use the balance of $17m (85%) for the investment as 
stated above.
If these terms are agreeable to you, kindly let me know and I will provide 
you with full information and procedures involved. This won't take more than 
five (5) days as far you are ready to give me maximum cooperation. Note that 
this transaction is not to be made public or exposed to anyone at all; it is 
between you, the client and myself.
