[Build-common-hackers] Release schedule

According to the release schedule, cdbs will be frozen on August 7, so I 
think the last regular update should be uploaded by July 24 or so (in 
less than one week anyway).  It would be good to get the open Python 
bugs fixed, but I'm not necessarily the most qualified individual for 
that.  I assume they'll let us work on documentation and such after the 
freeze.
