In fact, this is a good idea to improve/repair the existing behavior,
but i'd like to suggest using substvars instead of control.in -> control
transformation. This also could be used for Uploaders, as using both
debian/control generation for build-depends and Uploaders (like in the
GNOME Team /usr/share/gnome-pkg-tools/1/rules/uploaders.mk class) is not
possible out of the box (a dirty hack is necessary in the clean rule).
