Many thanks for that work, it's really helpful.

A couple of suggestions/questions to make it even more helpful:

1) How often is updated the archive? (assuming it is)

2) I'm puzzled by the organization of the debian/rules. IMO having them
   classified on an alphabetic basis is not the best organization. What
   I would like to see is an (alternative) organization sliced according
   to which cdbs rules/classes are used.
   
   This way I would be able to look for all packages that use the
   autotools class or the dpatch rules. Maybe it can be implemented as
   some additional HTML indexes generated as post-processing of what you
   already do?
   
   Sorry, I haven't looked at your code yet and I can't be more helpful
   on implementative issues right now ...
