Hi,

packages built with cdbs currently trigger a lintian
package-lacks-versioned-build-depends-on-debhelper, but the cdbs
maintainer thinks that cdbs' behavior is correct.

May I suggest that the maintainers of two important packaging tools
get their opinions sorted out in a way that a package prepared using
one tool do not get flagged as faulty by the other? Thanks ;)
