A more generic approach is to use <package>@packages.debian.org which 
redirects to the package maintainer - which in this case is above 
mentioned mailingist :-)

...or several classes.  There are multiple approaches to writing 
manpages, like txt2man, help2man, in addition to the docbook-xml 
approach drafted by Marc.
