[Build-common-hackers] Bug#545373: cdbs: Misleading warning about X.-Python-Version

If XS-Python-Version and XB-Python-Version fields are present in debian/control,
but do debian/pyversions file, cdbs will give the following warning:

/usr/share/cdbs/1/class/python-distutils.mk:67: WARNING:  Use of
XS-Python-Version and XB-Python-Version fields in debian/control is deprecated
with pysupport method; use debian/pyversions if you need to specify specific
versions.
===

However XS-Python-Version and XB-Python-Version are required by the debian
python policy for simplifying python transitions. Moreover python-support will
work correctly with XS-Python-Version and XB-Python-Version fields and no
pyversions file. See discussion at [1].
