On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of our late client, I am seeking for you assistance for the repatriate of it home since the Finance House (name with-held due to security reasons) were it is lodged could not agree to release it to me expect that I provide his heir.
 
My client was a pioneer member of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (LNG), a Philanthropist. He died on the 10th day of January 2002 at the age of 77 as a result of the Niger-Delta uprising/seizing of proficiency in that region, and his Deposit is now ready for execution.
 
Our client left Fifteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars with Finance House without them knowing the real content of the consignment.
 
On my last visit to the Finance House, I was made to produce my late client’s next of kin; otherwise, his assets will be confiscated. Therefore, I am asking your hand in this so that I will present you to the Finance House as the next of kin to our late client so that the consignment will be released to you, which you and I will be sharing the funds therein on releasing to you. And I am putting it to you that this is a legitimate venture, and the sharing formula is 50% for you, and 50% for me.
 
Please If I reach you as I am hopeful I will, endeavour to get back to me as soon as possible to enable me conclude my job. You should forward along:
 
1. Your full names.
2. Your current address.
3. Your current telephone and fax numbers.
 
This is to enable us make proper documentations needed to make this claim from the Finance House as the consignment declared to them as artifacts will be couriered over to you by them on release via a Diplomatic Courier Company. It is only you and I that knows the real content of the consignment as fund, therefore, you are required to maintain secrecy by not letting the Finance House know that the contents of the consignment is money.
 
In my possession, I have my late client's Death Certificate and his Deposit Certificate, which I will forward to you, and with these 2 documents, the authenticity is proven.
 
I hope to hear from you in no distant time. Once again, I congratulate you for this is a significant honor indeed.  Therefore, act at once to avoid risk of forfeiture/ forfeit to the deceased family.
