Sorry. Meant to say "it was *not* documented ..." In other words, it was not 
documented however that in order to do this, the target
'binary-makedeb-IMPL/%' had to be overridden.

dpkg-shlibdeps won't help in the case where a library is dlopened, thus making 
it necessary to manually add the dependencies in for a package.
