i just had a look at recent commits, and i noticed that jonas added a
warning for missing debhelper when pd.mk is used.
is there any reason for that (i guess that the mentioning of
"dh_shlibdeps" in the snippet triggered something like a "dh needs to be
used" which is not true, afaict)
