[Build-common-hackers] Bug#609500: cdbs: list-missing doesn't work well with multiple flavors

When building multiple flavors and installing them somewhere else than
debian/tmp, e.g. with:

DEB_MAKE_DESTDIRSKEL = $(CURDIR)/debian/install/@FLAVOR@
DEB_MAKE_FLAVORS = shared static udeb

list-missing will think everything has been installed because it only
looks at debian/tmp.

We should make it more intelligent so it works in these cases.
