More than any other type of package in the archive, Debian package
building/development tools should provide documentation. The lack of
documentation makes non-maintainer work on cdbs-using packages
(e.g. NMUs from BSPs etc.) very much harder, to the point that I (and
others) will typically ignore RC-buggy cdbs packages and work
elsewhere in preference. A sizeable percentage of the Debian archive
is infested with cdbs already, meaning this is likely to cause
problems.

Please provide documentation ASAP.
