[Build-common-hackers] Bug#680959: cdbs: Add LDFLAGS to cmake builds

CDBS currently only sets the CXX and C flags for cmake builds. LDFLAGS
are not added. This results in some hardening flags not being set for any
package using the cdbs+cmake combination. The attached patch sets the
necessary cmake definitions.
