[Build-common-hackers] Bug#827619: cdbs: pd class uses execdir for invoking dpkg-shlibdeps, which doesn't work

Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.132
Severity: important
Justification: causes broken builds

The pd class switched on commit 0b07f4 to use -execdir to invoke
dpkg-shlibdeps. But then dpkg-shlibdeps cannot read 'debian/control',
causing broken dependencies for pd objects.

Please revert the execdir at least for the dpkg-shlibdeps invokation
