[Build-common-hackers] Bug#840330: cdbs: licensecheck runs twice during build

Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.148
Severity: normal

cdbs runs licensecheck two times during build:

and it crashes too.
Is there some way to avoid completely running licensecheck
when building on sbuild. It's a ressource hog and discutably useful.
