[Buildd-tools-devel] Releasing 0.35

Hi,

it looks like the sarge freeze is due short now, so I propose releasing
0.35 as soon as possible.  I suggest applying Santiago's patches - as
they keep compatibility symlinks, they are unintrusive and correct IMHO,
we can think about shuffling the scripts around post-sarge I guess.

Another thing we could do is remove the $maintainer_name variable from
the exsample .sbuilrc, as it usually is not desired for people building
packages manually.  I'll do that tomorrow if nobody objects, same for a
0.35 upload - I can do that.
