Actually, that is the patch Wouter has, for getting Build-Depends from
experimental somewhat robustly.  Your patch looks alright, I wonder
whether the other experimental buildds use the same one.  So maybe
Andreas Barth knows about that part (identifying experimental as a valid
option).  

I know I messed up some times when using sbuild for building
experimental and forgetting to set the Distribution back to it in the
.changes file, as sbuild overwrote it to unstable.
