[Buildd-tools-devel] New sbuild release 0.41

Hi folks,

I've released sbuild version 0.41 hot on the heels of 0.40.  This
fixes nasty bug which could cause a crash if the chroot was not set up
correctly by hand previously (reported by Clint Adams).

   * sbuild:
     - setup_options(): Set $main::chroot_apt_options in the same
       manner as upstream.
     - setup_options(): Correct usage of a scalar reference rather than
       the scalar $main::chroot_dir (Closes: #354520).
