[Buildd-tools-devel] Bug#350573: Bug #350573: dchroot: put the name of the chroot in an environment variable

/etc/debian_chroot is supported by the common shells, so setting the
prompt is automatic. It's now kept up-to-date every time you enter
the chroot. It's written by dchroot and schroot.

The alternative, passing in the environment, is not something I think
is a good idea. It has a number of disadvantages:
- It "dirties" the environment; if present, it could cause altered
behaviour of programs/scripts/makefiles that use it.
- It would clobber any existing CHROOT in the user's environment.

Since the advantage is purely cosmetic, I don't currently think the
advantages are sufficient to warrant changing things.

While this would be trivial to implement (it's a one-liner), I would
prefer to keep the current behaviour.

Regards,
Roger
