[Buildd-tools-devel] SVN repository

It would be useful for schroot, and I think also for sbuild, if we
could move to a Subversion repository instead of CVS.  This will allow
files to be moved while keeping the history, and it's also what sbuild
upstream is using.

Any thoughts?
