The problem is that the autobuilder chroots already have libpam0g from
Sarge installed, because it is naturally pulled in by debootstrap when
it is asked to do a buildd setup. (and bash depends on passwd with
depends on libpam0g)
buildd will not try to upgrade the installed libpam0g and thus the
source dependency is not satisfied.
I needed to upgrade libpam0g in my Backports i386 autobuilder's chroot
manually so that schroot is available on i386. Besides of the libpam0g
thing, schroot now builds fine.
It would be nice if there was a way around depending on a later
libpam0g, is there any chance to achieve this?
