[Buildd-tools-devel] schroot version 1.1.3 released

Hi folks,

I have released and uploaded schroot version 1.1.3.  This release only
contains a single minor fix for a locale issue, and an update to the
configure script to work in a slightly more portable manner with the
Boost libraries in Debian--without the fix, the Boost libraries can't
be linked against.
