[Buildd-tools-devel] New version of schroot nearly ready for release

Hi folks,

schroot-1.1.6 is nearly ready for release, pending some testing.

This fixes a number of long-standing wishlist bugs, the main one being
the ability to customise the filesystems which get mounted inside the
chroot. This is now done by allowing a fstab(5) format file to be
read by the chroot setup script. A helper binary, schroot-mount, is
used to parse the file with getmnent(3) and friends, then call
mount(8).

Hopefully we can also get the translations up-to-date soon as well;
I've asked debian-i18n if they can update them.

I was thinking of branching off schroot-1.2 in git and releasing 1.2.0
afterwards. This would then be a stable release for Lenny. Future
work on 1.3.x could then continue on the git master branch.

Comments are welcome, as always.

Regards,
Roger
