[Buildd-tools-devel] Bug#501230: Add support for Architecture aliases/wildcards (patch included)

I have a patch to allow sbuild to support architecture wildcards. We simply 
use 'dpkg-architecture' to check the architecture.

I tested with the same build dependencies as before.
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5), quilt, libasound2-dev [linux-any], cmake, 
libfreeimage-dev [!linux-any], libpng12-dev [any-i386], libjpeg62-dev 
[!any-i386], libopenexr-dev [linux-i386], libmad0-dev [!linux-i386]
