[buildd-tools-devel] postgresql-debversion version 1.0.3 released

Hi folks,

I've made a new point release of postgresql-debversion.  This removes
support for postgresql version 8.3 and earlier.  Due to using features
introduced with version 8.4, 8.4 is now the minimum supported version.

8.3 users need not worry; the 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 are identical in their
functionality, so support for 8.3 will still be available in the
stable backport.

Any testing and feedback would be much appreciated.  It is expected
that there should be no changes from earlier versions, but any
identified regressions will need correcting if present.
