[Buildd-tools-devel] git commit messages

Hi folks,

I enabled git commit messages in hooks/post-commit in sbuild.git and schroot.git.
The message formatting wasn't ideal for the first two commits, so I tweaked the
message prefix and repo descriptions to make this a bit better.  Hopefully this
will be useful in keeping everyone up-to-date with changes being made.
