[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#559533: Patch to make extension matching stricter

Hi All;

I added the attached patch on top of Andres' patch to address Roger's
concerns about over generous matching against tarball extensions.

I have test built (on i386 fwiw) two version 3 packages and one version
1 package with these two patches applied.   There is still a warning

But I suppose that is unrelated to this patch, since the same warning
occurred before.
