Hello,

I like using buildd-vlog, but it is completely broken at the moment.
The attached patch fixes it for me.  The sleep(1) are lazy fixes for
cases in which buildd-vlog would keep printing the tail of a previous
log. Even if not proper fixes, 1-second delays at least avoid floods.
