Thanks.  I found that there were similar unwarranted assumptions
for other chroot types, so I'm reworking the checks so they only
get done at the point in the setup script where they are needed,
to reduce the chance of this happening again.  This should be
done later on this weekend, and I'll upload a new version once
this is done.
