[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#589541: buildd: Remove outdated packages.

Hi,

When I get a log for a package and I try to sign this after a next
version of the same package is uploaded, the files stay in the
build directory.

Example:

At some point those .deb files should get removed.  As this log
shows this should be done after the package is atleast built.  The
moment of signing is probably the easiest, you'll else probably
have various scenarios to deal with.
