[buildd-tools-devel] postgresql-debversion 1.0.4 released

Hi folks,

I've made a new postgresql-debversion release, now uploaded to Debian.
This is just a single change to the configure script to use LIBS
rather than LDADD to specify libraries, which was causing breakage on
Ubuntu.  There's no need for a backport--it's a non issue in Debian
at the moment, but I'm fixing it pre-emptively prior to GCC 4.5
becoming the default, and it was incorrect as it was.
