[buildd-tools-devel] Updated github branches for new sbuild functionality

I just merged new changes from main master branch to all branches I've placed 
in github.

Aside from the merge, I've did some updates on each branch.

debuild-functionality has a minor update to the sbuild manpage.

sbuild-createchroot has an update for the sbuild-createchroot manpage which 
explains how an sbuild tarball is generated via the specified extension of the 
tarball file.

sbuild-update contains the update which merges all of sbuild-clean's 
functionality into the sbuild-update script. This also deprecates the
sbuild-clean script.
