[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#598054: sbuild(1) manpage says that ~/.sbuildrc is obligatory

According to the manual page, "sbuild will not run without a valid 
~/.sbuildrc."

Well, this doesn't seem to be true: I'm happily using sbuild without any 
~/.sbuildrc.
