I can't reproduce the problem with 0.62.5-1 here.  When it gets to
the "fetch source files" stage, it downloads and builds just fine.
I've attached them so you compare.  Built with:
  sbuild -s -A -d unstable kcemu_0.5.1+dfsg-2
with the internal and apt resolvers.  Building in unstable instead
of wheezy shouldn't change anything--the same source is available
in both distributions.

Could you possibly try building with "--debug" and run sbuild from
within script so we get a complete transcript of the debugging
messages?  This should help to pin down why it fails to download
the sources.  A copy of your /etc/sbuild/sbuild.conf and
~/.sbuildrc would also be useful in case it's due to a configuration
issue.
