[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#613401: sbuild: please add support for --no-arch-all

Hi

it would be nice to have an option '--no-arch-all' available which is
the opposite to '--arch-all'. This would allow to overwrite
'$build_arch_all = 1;' in .sbuildrc.
