This was a regression in the previous release caused by refactoring
the main options parsing code (a use statement masked the options
setup function, so no options got registered).  Leaving this use
statement in sbuild-createchroot was an oversight (it was removed
in all other programs), and this was fixed in git a couple of weeks
back.

I'll release a new version in the next week or so when some additional
pending issues have been fixed.
