[buildd-tools-devel] sbuild 0.62.5 released

I have released sbuild version 0.62.5.  This contains no major changes,
and two bugfixes for versioning and building from source directories
without the correct version suffix, which were regressions from 0.62.3
due to the adoption of Dpkg::Version for version parsing, and moving
source tree packing from Sbuild::Build to the top level.  It also
contains a couple of buildd cleanup patches.
