[buildd-tools-devel] [RFC] Add creation and last run date to schroot sessions

Hi,

the following patchset adds creation-date and last-run-date to the session
info and adds a new schroot action to list all sessions by age and user.

Since we use "sbuild -p successful" (with the patch from #629109) to
investigate failed builds, this help to cleanup old sessions.

The patchset is based on schroot 1.4.23.
