FWIW, we still use "debfoster -f" on debian.org buildds because it forces the
package set to comply with the keepers.  I.e. afterwards we're guaranteed to
get back to the minimal chroot.  apt doesn't do that.  If you told it to
install things, they won't be listed in autoremove.
