Thanks for the patch.  We should probably implement this directly
in sbuild though--we already have a mechanism for setting these
which would be better placed than in the chroot creation script.
I see it also uses force confnew, but IIRC we use --force-confold
in sbuild (due to buildd requirements; I'd have preferred confnew).
If buildds are now using confnew, I'll fix sbuild to use it by
default.

BTW, more generically, one can now use "command-prefix=eatmydata"
and install eatmydata into the chroot.
